Privacy Policy

When you submit a consultation request, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your home or project address
• Project details you describe, and your preferred appointment date and time

We also collect automatically, when you visit the site:

• Your IP address and the approximate city, region and country derived from it
• Referral and campaign information (for example, which ad, social post or search result you arrived from)
• Advertising and analytics data collected by the Meta Pixel, including pages viewed and whether you completed a consultation request

We use your contact and project information to schedule your consultation, to contact you about your request, and to pass your request to a contracting partner who can perform the work. We use IP, referral and pixel data to understand which marketing channels bring homeowners to the site, to measure advertising performance, and to detect abuse or spam submissions.

• Contracting partners. Independent licensed and insured contractors who receive your lead and contact you about your project. Once your information is shared, that contractor handles it under its own privacy practices.
• Service providers. Google Sheets and our email provider, which we use to store and route incoming requests, and our website hosting and database provider.
• Meta. Advertising and conversion data collected through the Meta Pixel, used to measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We keep consultation requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your project and maintain our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Aggregated traffic and advertising statistics that do not identify you may be kept longer.

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, correct it, request its deletion, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what we collect, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of sharing your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email us at info@nova-remodeler.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

You can also limit interest-based advertising directly in your Meta account settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

By submitting a consultation request you agree that we and our contracting partners may contact you by phone, text message or email about your project, including by automated means, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by emailing us at the address above.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
